Envisia ("we", "us") provides hair-consultation software that connects clients with their stylists through our website and the Envisia and Envisia Studio mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you create a consultation, book an appointment, or create a stylist account.
- Consultation answers — your responses to our hair questionnaire (hair length, texture, styling habits, preferences).
- Photos — photos of your hair and inspiration photos you choose to upload. Uploading photos is optional.
- Appointment details — requested dates, times, services, and appointment status.
- Messages — messages you exchange with your stylist inside the app.
How we use it
- To generate personalized style recommendations from your questionnaire answers.
- To share your consultation, photos, and messages with the stylist you chose.
- To send booking confirmations and appointment reminders by email or SMS.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Your consultation information is shared only with the stylist or salon you are working with. We use trusted service providers to run Envisia — cloud hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and SMS delivery — who process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Storage and security
Data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is limited to you, your stylist, and authorized systems.
Your choices
- You can use the service without uploading photos.
- You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time.
- Stylists can edit or delete client records from the app.
Children
Envisia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
